By accessing or using the Pulse platform (“Service”) operated by Pulse (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pulse provides AI reputation monitoring and intelligence services. We scan AI platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, and Copilot to analyze how they perceive and recommend businesses. Our Service provides reputation scores, competitive analysis, and actionable recommendations.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service outside of our provided APIs.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pulse and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your scan results and reports are yours to use for your business purposes.

7. Data and AI Platform Results

  • AI platform responses are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party AI outputs.
  • Reputation scores are calculated based on our proprietary methodology and are intended as guidance, not guarantees.
  • AI platform responses may change at any time as their models are updated.
  • We do not control how third-party AI platforms generate or modify their recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pulse is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
